Great practice ball, bad web page
These are great quality but the info on this page is wrong, which has been acknowledged by Rawlings web support but has still not been corrected months later. This is the top version of this style of ball with a LEATHER COVER.
Other brands have similar practice balls (decent quality, leather cover with some "give") but I have tried quite a few and find their stitching less consistent and too raised which makes them harder to control and more likely to cause blisters. This is an ideal ball for pitching practice while still having some mercy on whoever is catching!
