Warranty Information on Rawlings Products

Rawlings will accept returns and exchanges for Rawlings products within 30 days after receiving your order. As a Rawlings customer, you can call us at 1-866-678-4327 and we will be happy to help you with any problems or issues you have after receiving your equipment. The procedures and warranty information listed below are from Rawlings Sporting Goods LLC (Rawlings). Please contact Rawlings directly for any product warranty issues.

NOTE: Warranty only covers products purchased from authorized Rawlings dealers. The warranty does not cover any products purchased from a non-authorized seller, including but not limited to sellers operating on a third-party auction site unless they are authorized Rawlings dealers. To ensure warranty coverage, be mindful when selecting your retailer and make sure they are an authorized Rawlings dealer. If you need clarification on whether a particular retailer is an authorized Rawlings dealer, please contact customer service at 1-800-729-5464 or email returns@rawlings.com.

Non-Wood Bat Limited Warranty

PLEASE READ THE COMPLETE NON-WOOD BAT LIMITED WARRANTY BEFORE USING THIS BAT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY, THEN DO NOT USE THIS BAT AND RETURN TO THE DEALER OF PURCHASE. SEE THE DEALER’S RETURN POLICY FOR DETAILS AND/OR ADDITIONAL RETURN REQUIREMENTS. CERTAIN WARRANTY DETAILS ARE SUMMARIZED BELOW.

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Under this limited warranty, Rawlings will provide a one-time repair or replacement of your non-wood bat within 1 year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”) for the following 4 conditions resulting from normal field use – (1) severe denting, (2) structural cracking, (3) handle bending, or (4) broken end caps or knobs. To qualify for warranty service, you must be the original purchaser of the bat and provide proof of purchase from an authorized Rawlings dealer. Further, a bat is designed with the intent of individual use. It is not designed or intended to be used as a team bat by multiple players or as a “loaner” bat at a commercial facility.

  1. Complete online Warranty Claim Form, OR send an email to returns@rawlings.com, OR call 1-800-729-5464 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please have the following information ready: model#, length, weight, serial number and date purchased.
  2. Once you receive your RA# and return instructions, send your bat along with a valid proof of purchase (sales receipt) from an authorized dealer to the Warranty Department. Be sure to keep a copy of receipt for your records.
  3. If the bat is deemed defective, Rawlings will send out a repaired or replacement bat.
  4. If the bat does not meet Rawlings warranty requirements, it will be returned to you in its condition after testing.

Wood Bat Warranty

Rawlings does not provide a warranty for any wood bats.

Exception: BH34PL, KD2PL, OA1PL, JT10PL, MM8PL, MM13PL, CS5PL have a 30 Day Warranty from Date of Purchase

Hit it for 30 days, and if you don't like it, return it to the dealer/store that you purchased it from for a full refund. We're proud to stand behind this bat, because we know you'll want to keep it. Note: This is different than a defective warranty. If a product is found to be defective in the first year of use we will replace it with that model or a similar model. Do not return a defective bat to the store.

*Only current in-line models are supported by the Performance Guarantee. Previous year models no-longer qualify for replacement.

Baseball & Softball Gloves Warranty

There is a 1-year warranty on all baseball and softball gloves. Our warranty does not cover gloves that have been microwaved, placed in an oven, or over oiled. Laces are not covered under the 1-year warranty.

Protective Equipment Warranty

Protective equipment, such as shoulder pads, masks, leg guards and chest protectors, have a 1-year warranty on the metal and plastic parts and on the padding and straps.

Helmets Warranty

The actual shell of the helmet has a 3-year warranty, while the padding and straps have a 1-year warranty.

Clothing (Apparel) Warranty

There is a 6-month warranty on clothing from the delivery date. All soiled garments must be laundered before being returned for remake or repair or they will be returned to the sender.

Footballs, Basketballs, Volleyballs, Soccer Balls, Batting Gloves Warranty

There is a 1-year warranty on all of these products.

Baseballs & Softballs Warranty

For a return on baseballs or softballs, a sample must be sent for our inspection.
