There could be a paint discoloration, a paint run, a smudge, logos could be off-center, the stencil outline of the logo could be too low or too high, possible minor paint nick, etc. The bat(s) could possibly be all blank as well. Very disappointing. Don't expect a good surprise.
Just not worth it. One of the bats had no information at all on it. Looked like I spray painted it and threw an orange r sticker on it. Other bats still had large nubbins on the ends that need cut and sanded off. Four black bats. Just pay for a good bat and be done with it.

Best bang for your buck
I honestly didn't know what to expect based on the range of comments and reviews but I'm very happy that I went ahead and got this bat. It hits well and helping my young athlete adjust to using wood. I plan to purchase more in the near future.

Poor Europeans...
Wanting buy an American baseball bat from a major brand, i decided to trust this historic brand, and to believe that, even when selling blem bats, at least the minimum must be respected !
Without lying, the description of material indicates all the possible problems, and even if the bat ordered has a very poor quality paint and varnish, which is strange for a baseball bat, i imagine that its integrity will be preserved. And after few game, yes, it's Ok, it's basic bat, nothing amazing, just a basic bat.
The problem is that i'm not American, but i trusted Rawlings and its partnership with the international delivery service(MyUs)... and there, the punishment ! The prices are exorbitant and imposed, so, a simple advice : if you are not American, do not buy Rawlings, the risk is too big.
Finally, honestly, i think that unfortunately, the sale of blem bats by Rawlings is tempting, but disrespectful, it is just a way to make money on the backs of poor athletes, and it is not fair play… It would be more moral to give these bats to American associations that help disadvantaged populations, or to integration programs, rehabilitation, etc..

Bought 4-33” bats I get 31.5, 2-32, 1-33” Tried to send back the non 33” bats and zero response from customer service.
