Disappointing
Purchased this helmet and was disappointed to say the least. I wear a 7 3/8 fitted baseball hat, so I ordered the size Large helmet. The sizing was drastically wrong to the point I could spin the helmet around on my head. The padding in this helmet is horrible too, I would not feel comfortable wearing it even if it did fit (padding was similar to the helmets you get with popcorn in them at a MLB game)

Less Than Impressed
I am usually happy with Rawlings helmets and have always used them for our players, but not this one. The sizing was grossly wrong and the amount of padding in this helmet is similar to the helmets you get popcorn in at minor league games. I wear a 7 3/8 fitted hat, so I ordered the Large size and I could spin the helmet around on my head. I expected it would fit my head correctly and someone who wears a 7 1/2 hat it would fit a little more snug. I would not feel safe wearing this helmet, even if it fit because of the lack of padding.

No protection, Plastic with cheap head band
This is marketed as a base coaches helmet, but it offers ZERO protection, except maybe from the sun. Not an ounce of padding in the helmet, and a very cheap "pleather" head band. Something you could win at a carnival.
