Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Catcher’s Mitt on the Market I ordered my 12yr old a custom Heart of the Hide catcher’s mitt and was delivered at the end of July. Figured it would take all fall and winter to get broke in for the spring season, but with a little help from Dad (me), he was able to get game ready in less then 2 months using the Rawlings Gloveolium, mallet and rubber bands. He is already using in games for his fall travel ball team. He loves it!! Best glove on the market!

I've always wanted to g8vecher a custom glove thus this is her big Christmas gift from me! It is beautiful just beautiful. It is my sincere hope that she will be thrilled, and I am sure she will be!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT WHAT I PURCHASED DON’T BUY I ordered a custom glove and I am extremely disappointed with how the glove came out the blue is not correct. I see there is a color sync line and believe the wrong dye was used to create my Columbia blue glove. I do not believe the custom glove team really reviewed my glove because there is not just a slight variance in the dye color of my glove! Very disappointed in this company as I am along time customer who has ordered multiple custom gloves. Needless to say I am done shopping with Rawlings! Company does not hold itself accountable for wrong items!

We sent 3 emails and made many calls to customer service before finally getting a ship date. Ship date is 13 weeks after placing the order. Will follow up if and when we receive the glove.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No break in I recieved my custom glove. It looked amazing just like I hoped. The only issue for us was that I ordered it RTG and it came in with no break in at all. I couldn't even squeeze it. I had to pay to get it worked twice just so I could squeeze it. We'll get it to work but definitely disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Slightly disappointed When I first received my glove, I couldn’t have been happier. It looked awesome. Everything about it was exactly as I had hoped. This was my first ever custome glove. As I was slowly breaking the glove in, which was going very well, I needed to righted the pinky sling. That’s when I got disappojnted. There was a manufacturing defect. The sling had a cut nearl two thirds of the way across the tie strap. Thankfully customer service issued an RA and my glove is being fixed.

Received my new glove which was the 4th one I have bought, this one was obviously incorrectly made I could not even get my hand in it without much discomfort. I sent it back and their "glove expert" said it was made correctly. So I gave it to someone who knows gloves and the only thing he could do was to unlace it and leave one hole for the hand opening out. Even doing this I still have trouble getting my hand in. I will probably never buy another Rawlings glove again.

This one seems to be the wrong color, which I could have accidentally did, but they didn’t send any details to review the order so I had no way of checking. I reached out to customer service about 3-4 weeks ago and was told someone would get back to me. I just wanted to verify this is in fact what I ordered, or if Rawlings messed it up. I just wanted an answer and can’t get one

Been working on it for three weeks, oil, catch, bending massaging glove beater tried everything still so still. Havent tried oven yet because rawlings doesnt recommend but that has to be next. Very disappointed

Rated 4 out of 5 by from HOH Custom is very nice, but mistakes were made B- Took over 3 months to get this custom glove, and it was constructed in Manila, Philippines, NOT the US. Uh, what? I thought Rawlings was a USA company? The pinky finger area was supposed to be the embroidered area, or at least that's where the online custom builder page shows you where it's going to go. They embroidered it on the third or ring finger instead. Ugh. Now the break-in... I ordered the 65% factory break-in. Naw, this glove is stiff as board. No break-in at all here. Material wise it's great. Fits good. As far as performance goes, the pocket of this glove feels thin, and I can already tell my hand is gonna be throbbing after the first game. I spent $400 on this glove and it's beautiful. I love it, others will too - but there are mistakes that unexpectedly, I will have to endure. Kind of thought that wouldn't happen at this price point and with Rawlings reputation.
