Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mid set and customer service no help The Mach set is mid and thank God I bought it on sale. If I paid full price I would have got a refund. One of the shin guard straps has the incorrect fastener. I was able to modify it and make it work for my son and he is happy with it. I have contacted customer support and it was a joke. They replied 2 weeks later with "You're all set!" and told me to contact the warranty/returns department and that my case was being closed. Not helpful. Hoping to get a summer and next year school ball season out of this set then purchase a different brand. The gear I give 3/5 because my son likes it but I don't think it will last Customer service 0/5 for their automated and not helpful response

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very high quality Bought this for my son for his 16th birthday but unfortunately did not fit was too large sent back. Ordered the intermediate opened that and it was too small so not really sure of the product looked very well made.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Some good but some terrible. Recently purchased. Helmet is awesome. Chest protector is good. Leg protectors are no good. Can’t use due to the bottom of the shin guard drives into the top of my foot. Can’t wear due to unbearable pain.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Missing piece horrible customer service We ordered this set a month ago. It is missing a clip so my son hasn’t been able to use it. We’ve contacted customer service several times and have got the run around. This is the worst customer service! Very unhappy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I bought this in Intermediate size for my grandson for Christmas. He loves it but can’t wear it because the chest protector is not adjustable and is too big thus interfering with his throws. Have never had a chest protector that is not fully adjustable.
