Horrible customer service
One star for Rawlings customer service, not the glove. I bought this glove TWICE from Rawlings.com and both times my order was cancelled because of the glove being out of stock even though it showed to be available on the website. I submitted an email to rawlings but got no reply. I then got an email that stated I was "all set" and my case had been closed but with no further explanation. I finally called "customer service" and got a guy who said he didn't know what happened and acted like he couldn't care less. Very disappointed.
