Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible customer service. Absolutely terrible customer service. Order a glove 4/7/24. Spending $400 for a custom glove. Expecting it to take 3-4 weeks as the website said when ordering. Stated I would receive tracking info once shipped. 5 weeks go by and I hear nothing. I called in asking for an update was told the glove would ship next day. 3 days go by with no update emailed in asking for an update was told the glove would ship out any day now. Another 3 days go by and now I’ve called 4 different people and no one can get me an answer to where this is at in the process. No tracking information, no nothing. I called in asking to speak with a manager and the best they could do is put me through to his voicemail. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

Fits very well and molds to my hand how I want it to just by playing catch. The leather is very reliable and the quality of how it was made is to notch!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible service and misleading expectations. Absolutely terrible service. I ordered the glove Nov 1. Was told the glove won’t be shipped until Jan 9, tried to cancel since it is well beyond Christmas and was told they are unable to cancel. I even received an email asking to review the product I received that I obviously have not received yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such Amazing Supple Leather I bought a Pro Preferred for my Sophomore year in high school, it was amazingly crafted however I regret my design because now that I matured and my taste has changed it doesn’t fit me like it used to. However I bought a new one and I can’t wait to see it when it arrives

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Where is my Pro-Prefered custom glove? Rate my order? Sure! It’s a horrible experience! To think such a reputable company provides some of the worst customer service ever known! It seems like the more you spend the less they care about you. I ordered a custom glove from Rawlings and as stated on their site, you can wait 6-8 weeks or until we feel like sending it to you. That’s it! No other communication whatsoever. They gladly take your non refundable money and since they know you’re locked in, who cares when you get it. Also, 4-5 weeks in of waiting, please rate your glove and your experience, even though we at Rawlings don’t care if you received it or not. Why? Well because we are such a monopoly of gloves and baseball equipment that we know people will keep buying if you want to be like your MLB idols. So sad that Rawlings chooses to ignore its customers, those that are willing to spend over 500 dollars for a glove and will have no choice but wait 2-3 months for an order without any type of communication or rush. I will never invest in ordering anything custom from Rawlings or continue to promote your brand on and off the field. If you actually read this and care about your customers, invest in some better customer service. It’s really not that hard to treat people with the respect their deserve for buying from you. Can’t wait to probably be disappointed in my custom glove which I could have probably purchased off the rack. If I could give 0 stars I would have.
