Great back with a lot of space.
The bag can carry a lot of gear! I have a filter aid kit, lace repair kit, ice packs, 70 ounces of water bottles. A glove, batting helmet, batting gloves and elbow guard. And that is t even using the outside net pockets. The material seems durable. I have taken it to multiple games and it shows no signs of wear. I have not carried bats in it, but with the padding on the back section I am not scared to need to. I am a catcher so I bring a Yadi 2 bag as well as this backpack.

Durable but doesn’t fit everything easily.
Great quality, seems durable. Men’s sized cleats do not fit with everything else inside the bag.

POOR QUALITY! with no customer service.
POOR QUALITY! I purchased this bag six months ago for my son, who plays on a 13U travel baseball team. While he's not a heavy user of the bag, it's already falling apart. I don't typically write reviews, but after contacting customer service multiple times through calls and emails, I was told they couldn't help because it was beyond the 90-day window.
It’s hard to believe that a bag priced at over $100 could deteriorate in less than six months. I also assumed that buying directly from the Rawlings website would ensure a smoother process if any issues arose. Unfortunately, between the poor quality of the product and the lackluster customer service, I’m left disappointed.
I won’t be purchasing another Rawlings product, and I hope this review helps others think carefully before buying this bag.

Horrible Back Pack
I bought this for my son and one of the side straps that holds the bat in came off within a month. The other one is gone now too. The zippers come open easily. Never been so disappointed in a baseball bag.
