Warranty replacement bat didn't last long either. Got my second Icon USA (30/20) in late October and it cracked last night during practice (mid-January). Normal usage - indoor temperatures, little league baseballs (not dimpled practice balls), rotating the bat between swings, pitch speed ~ 50-60mph.

Broken Bat but quick customer service
We bought a 30 inch -12 bat around Christmas time for a Christmas present for my 10 y/o son. He used it 3 times at batting practice. During his third practice the bat broke in half. While this may warrant a 1 star normally, they did respond quickly to the warranty claim and are replacing the bat. I do not physically have the replacement yet but because they responded quickly we gave it a 3 star. My son otherwise loves the feel of the bat and how light weight it is.

Awful bag and very rude manager
If I could give this bat and even the company a no start or negative star I would. I have emailed with questions about the warranty and still have yet to hear back. I had to wait on hold over 30 minutes for my questions to be answered. The manager was very rude. The lady I spoke with first told me that have 1000s of emails coming in daily regarding this bat. Stay far away from this bat, and if you ask me this company. My sons broke in half after 5 swings and I have seen multiple posts through travel ball with the same problem.

Dented bat
The bat came dented and called they wouldn’t replace it. Not happy especially when you pay 350 for a bat. Just now happy at all and my son now plays with a dented bat on the barrel.

Broken Bat
Ordered an Icon 30 Drop -12 September 25th, arrived October 4th (direct from Rawlings.com). Used in one Little League game and snapped in half on the third at bat. Ball hit near the rubber "zero loss collar". Submitted warranty replacement request on October 5th and just got my replacement October 18th. Hoping this one won't break because even with a full warranty replacement, the shipping is making this a VERY expensive bat.

Got this bat in 28 -12 for my 7yr old for rec league. This bat has some serious pop for a USA bat. The USA icon is very balanced. The sweet spot appears to be pretty large. Only con I can find is the barrel is small. USA bats are standard 2-5/8” but the length of the barrell is smaller compared to the Easton Hype USA, DSB Made its smaller barrels. Still very good bat it’s been hotter IMO than any other USA bat we’ve tried.
