Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Customer Service So with the Bat, the top popped of on the 3rd month. Not a huge deal as it is under warranty and was approved(supposed to be shipped out on 6/14/25. My issue and I would give 0 stars if I could is, Customer Service is Horrendous(worst I’ve ever dealt with! 5 emails later and No Response! Just Terrible and I will Not be shopping here again. Get it together!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from First-Time Buyer, Last-Time Buyer I’m a new customer, and unfortunately, this will be my last purchase from Rawlings. I spent $400 on a bat that broke after just two uses in a batting cage. We sent it in for a warranty claim, and it’s been three weeks with zero communication. No confirmation they received it, no update on when—or if—we’ll get the bat back. Completely unacceptable. Also, be warned: their sizing is confusing, and they won’t exchange anything. Better not take off the packaging, because once you buy it, you’re stuck with it. No exceptions. That’s ridiculous for such an expensive item. Rawlings markets itself as a premium brand, but the quality and customer care say otherwise. If you're considering buying from them, think twice—especially if you expect durability, transparency, or any kind of decent support when things go wrong.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good pop, not durable My son is an 11U player and swings the 29/19 and the bat has great pop, but is not very durable. He has gone through 2 of these in less than a year (1st one lasted 2 months). Once we received the warranty replacement, we only used it during games and BP prior to games and it still did not last through an entire season. Pleased with the performance of the bat in games, but very disappointed in the durability.

Broke during state tournament while at bat, top of bat flew off and barrel started to crack 30 days after purchase. I purchased extra warranty but since it’s still covered under Rawlings I’m stuck getting the same crappy bat. Don’t waste your money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Icon Not Made Well That bat is not durable. My son is 11 and he broke it in less than 4 weeks. It then took Rawlings 6 weeks to get the warranty bat sent to us. We needed to get another bat while we were waiting and definitely didn't get another Icon. Made poorly! Don't buy it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Durability Bought bat last July 2024. Replaced it around may because of rattle. New bat lasted until this past week August 20th 2025. Not very durable since 2 broke in less than a year. VERY GOOD BAT THOUGH PERFORMANCE WISE!
