Strap fell apart in an airport
For the cast of this bag, I was expecting it to last longer than it did. The first trip that I made with it from Tulsa to Houston to Denver, the clips on the straps came apart while I was trying to get through the airports while carrying it on my shoulder trying to handle my other luggage, what an inconvenience, back to my Swiss backpack I guess. So unsatisfied!!!
