Terrible Customer Service
I ordered this bat about a week ago and I have yet got a confirmation email. I try and call the rawlings service department but there phone machine won’t even let me leave a message. I have also email service@rawlings.com but still have gotten no response on why I can not track my package. It’s disappointing that rawlings one of the best baseball brands out there have some of the worst customer care I have ever seen in a company. I am hoping rawlings can see this and eventually reach out but still have yet to here anything about my bat from rawlings.

Great bat, great pop, a little more durable than a standard wood bat, but painting it a different color does NOT justify a $50 increase in price...

Amazing bat
The bat is awesome. Don’t much care what color it is. I do prefer the red white and blue colorway, but I am going to use it to hit baseballs so the color doesn’t much matter..

DO NOT BUY! BAT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE HORRIBLE!
The bat broke after one game. The only reason I bought this specific bat was because I thought it would be stronger and last me longer because it was composite. Nope. On top of that, it took the customer service team two weeks to even respond, and another week to issue the warranty bat. The bat that arrived was the wrong size, and it has been a month of constant emails with no response to get the bats swapped. The bat itself was awful, and the customer service response has somehow been even worse. Do not buy

Good performance - horrible color (puke green)
Bought 3-4 of these, loved the RWB. Great balance and pop, and generally durable. If you hit it on the end it splits right where the wood is fused. Did that a few times now. Unfortunately they went to puke/barf/diarrhea green and have killed this bat. I bought one and was immediately made fun of, will be moving on till its fixed.
