Flawed strap design, but return policy.
The glove had good quality leather, but the strap design is flawed. It easily breaks and the warranty process is terrible, The don't send you a replacement until inspecting the glove, even after pictures, guaranteeing you will not have a glove replacement for the rest of the season. So I had to buy a 2nd glove for my daughter from another company while I wait months for this glove replacement. If this glove had a velcro strap instead of flimsy leather laces, this would be a great glove. I would stay away from this glove and any purchase from this website, better off buying in the store.
