RAWLINGS SYTEM UPGRADE ANNOUNCEMENT
As a company, we are implementing a system upgrade that will affect shipping timelines starting on May 1, 2024, with scheduled completion by May 6, 2024. Here's what you need to know:
- We'll continue processing orders with no shipping delays through 9:00 CT a.m. on April 30.
- After that, you can continue to place orders, but they won't be shipped until our system upgrade is complete.
- We will not be able to accept any warranty claims during this time.
- To make it up to you, we're offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders placed between April 20 and the completion of our system upgrade.
